See the amazing array of projects developed by young scientists for the Library's annual Science Expo. 

Tables for students and their projects will line the Atrium and fill a cafeteria wing in the A/B Building on the Coquitlam Campus of Douglas College.

Visitors are welcome to view projects and ask questions between 11:00 am and 2:30 pm. Underground parking on-campus is available for a nominal cost. 

Deadline: Sunday, February 23

Stop! Before beginning the form, please check that you have all the information you need:

• Your parent or guardian’s name and contact information (phone and e-mail)
• If you are working with a partner, your partner’s parent or guardian’s name and contact information (phone and e-mail)
• The name of a teacher sponsor – who knows about your project – plus your school’s name and phone number
• The same information for your partner, unless the details are all the same
• A name or title for your project
• Whether your project is an Experiment or an Innovation (see our Information document for details)
• Your sense of whether you will need electrical outlets or an extra table
• A two or three sentence description of your project

Parents or guardians must provide consent for their children or teens to participate in the Expo. We will use an electronic format for the 2025 Consent Form. After we approve projects in early 2025, we will share the Consent Form by e-mail with the guardians listed on the registration form.
