Book Club Sets

• Sets can be reserved up to 1 year in advance.
• Please reserve at least 10 days before the pick up date.
• 7-week loans, no renewals.
• Sets are available for pick up on the 5th of the month, but can be picked up later in the month.
• Sets are due on the 25th of the 2nd month, but can be returned any time prior.
• Reservations may be overlapping. For example, you may reserve a title for January/February, and reserve an additional title for February/March.
• Book Clubs must check out a complete set (12 copies).
• All copies must be returned at the same time by the due date. Late charges are 35¢ per day per book.

Email bookclub@coqlibrary.ca with the following information:

1. Book club name
2. Contact person’s name, email address, phone number and library card number
3. Preferred pickup branch (City Centre or Poirier)

The KitKeeper reservation system for book club sets has been discontinued. We will not be accepting new reservations temporarily, but a new solution will be implemented shortly. All current reservations will still be honored.
