Facilitate conversation in an English Practice Group. Group members include immigrants, newcomers to Canada or any English language learners who would like to practice their spoken English language skills.
The main purpose of the volunteer is to encourage the learners in the group to practice talking in English. The volunteer should aim for the learners to talk for 75% of the time, and for themselves to talk 25% or less of the time.
