How to book a room:

  1. Click on 'Request a room'.
  2. Choose your Booking Type.
  3. Choose your date, branch and room.
  4. Choose your time slot. (Hint: Drag the grey slider left and right to view full availability.)
  5. Login with your library card and PIN.
  6. Fill out the form and click on the Terms and Conditions check box.
  7. Review your booking and click on 'Reserve'.

Booking less than 3-days before the date of the rental? Visit the Library or phone 604-937-4141 for assistance.

Non-profit groups:

Non-profit groups of a civic, educational, cultural or social nature may qualify for one (1) free room booking per month. The booking must be:

  • Free for participants
  • Open to the public
  • Booked 3-days before the rental date
To qualify, book a room following the steps above. Check ‘Yes’ to the statement, "Please apply a fee waiver to this booking”. We’ll let you know if you qualify within 3 business days. The extra waiver form is no longer required.
