Coquitlam Public Library wants to make positive and meaningful impacts on our customers and our city. We are inviting community feedback in order to help us evaluate and improve our collections, programs and services to better satisfy our customers and meet community needs.
All Coquitlam residents and/or Coquitlam Public Library customers (19+) are invited to participate and share. The survey is mobile-friendly and will take 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
Everyone who completes the survey will have a chance to win one of five prizes of Library merchandise. Each prize will include a sling bag, a power bank and more.
