    Yes, the laptop will be fully charged when you borrow it.

    To print to a library printer, use one of the remote printing options.
    To use a printer in your home, use the Add a printer or scanner setting.

    No login is required. Just turn on the laptop to begin use.

    Yes, but upon return, all changes made to the laptop including downloads, any software you install and browsing history will be erased.

    While there is no accessible HDMI port, HDMI adapters are available at the Help Desk at the time of borrowing. You can connect an HDMI display using the adapter.

    Yes, the laptops come with built-in webcams.

    Acrobat Reader, Gimp, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Office 2019 Standard.

    No, you will not be notified once your free 2 hours have elapsed and the rental fee begins to accrue. Please be mindful of how long you have the laptop for.

    After the free 2 hours, a rental fee of $2.00 per hour applies, to a maximum of $336.00 (equivalent to 7 days). If laptop has not been returned after 7 days, it is considered lost and will incur a charge of $944.00. Fees may be charged for any damages to the laptop.

    Yes, lendable laptops may be used inside or taken outside of the Library.

    2 hours of complimentary use. Rental fee applies after 2 hours.

    No, lendable laptops are currently not holdable, but available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
