City Centre branch

• The first case has four shelves. Each shelf is 34" x 34".
• The second case has two shelves. Each shelf is 14" deep and 34" wide.

The cases are attached and both cases must be filled.

Poirier branch

• Two cases, each with two shelves. Each shelf is 14" deep and 34" wide

• Displays are limited to works of art, crafts, artifacts and archival material.
• Exhibitors must be based in the Tri-Cities - Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, or Port Moody.
• Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and taking down their display.
• Exhibitors are expected to fill the entire display case at their selected branch.
• The display period will be for one month unless otherwise arranged.
• Items must remain in the display case for the duration of the exhibit. The Library reserves the right to take down a display early when necessary.
• While the Library takes all reasonable precautions to protect items, we are not responsible for any items that may be stolen or damaged.
• Exhibitors may include item title, prices, and contact information where applicable. Library staff will not be involved in any sales between artist and purchaser. Items may not be removed early if they are sold.
• Due to high demand for the display cases, the Library reserves the right to limit the number of times an exhibitor can display within a given year.
