Room Bookings

Businesses, commercial groups and private groups may rent meeting space for next day and up to one month ahead.

How to make a reservation

1. Click on 'Book a meeting room' below.
2. Choose Commercial Rate for Booking Type.
3. Choose the date, branch and room.
4. Choose a time slot (hint: drag grey slider left and right)
5. Login with your library card and PIN.
6. Fill out the form, review your booking, enter payment info and reserve.

Book a meeting room

Non-profits and community groups may qualify for one free meeting room rental per month. To qualify:

• Your group must apply for 'Registered Group' status
• Your meeting must be free for participants (no fees collected), open to the public and booked at least three days before rental date
• The meeting space must be used for educational, cultural or civic purposes

How to apply for Registered Group status

1. Fill out the application form below. *Allow 1-3 business days for processing.
2. Once your application has been processed, we will email you your Registered Group booking credentials.

How to request a free room rental

*Your group must have applied and been approved for Registered Group status.

1. Click on 'Book a fee-waived meeting room' below.
2. Choose Fee Waiver as the Booking Type.
3. Choose a date, branch and room.
4. Choose a time slot (hint: drag grey slider left and right).
5. Enter your Registered Group credentials in the library card number and PIN fields.
6. Fill out the form, review your booking and reserve.
7. Allow 1-3 business days for approval.
