Juried Art Exhibit 2026

This year's theme is In Motion. Thinking about this theme brings to mind the forces of nature, the bustle of the city, the energy of a sporting event, and how motion has shaped human history by the movement of people, ideas, and cultures across time and place.

This year's Juried Art Exhibit brings together forty artists and their work to be viewed by the public at the Poirier branch Library Lounge. We thank each and every artist who submitted their work. The selection by the jury was difficult, but we are excited to showcase these local artists at the Library.

You can view this art by visiting the Library Lounge at the Poirier branch beginning September 27th. Details are below, under the header: Exhibition. Don't miss our Opening Reception, either! It's on October 2nd, and the details are below under the header: Opening Reception.
