  • General Questions

    Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the rental date to receive a refund.

    Yes, a free tech setup lesson for our projectors and microphones can be requested by filling out our tech setup lesson request form

    We are unable to provide live tech support and troubleshooting at the time of your rental.

    Yes, room setup and take down service is available by request for a $50.00 fee. Please fill out our setup and take down service request form.

    Yes. You can reserve the rooms one by one using our self-serve booking software, or reach out to roombooking@coqlibrary.ca for more information.

    No. Qualifying, registered non-profit groups are eligible for one free booking per month.

    Approval from the Library Director and proof of certification in Serving It Right are required. Please contact roombooking@coqlibrary.ca at least 14 days in advance of the event.

    Yes. Please limit to cold foods (sandwiches, fruit/vegetable trays, etc.) as the smell of hot foods can disturb other customers.

    When selecting your room, you will see an overview of standard equipment included.

    Your room booking must fall within 1 month from today's date.

    Please allow 2 - 3 business days to process a fee-waived room booking. Follow up questions can be directed to roombooking@coqlibrary.ca.
