Staff support during your reservation is limited. If you need assistance learning how to use the equipment, please review the instructions or book a Help Session before your reservation.

The Digitization Station can be reserved during regular library hours. Call the Library at 604-554-7323 with your library card number ready to make a reservation.

The time it takes to digitize your files varies depending on the type and length of your media. For example, a 30 minute home video will take 30 minutes to digitize, plus additional time to set up the equipment and save the new, digital file to a storage device. We recommend booking more time than you think you need, to ensure you can complete your project.

Microfilm are film reels that contain micro-photographs and can be read using imaging equipment located inside the Digitization Station at the Poirier branch. View our collection of Coquitlam newspapers », opens a new window
