- You can pay fees in-person at the City Centre or Poirier Help Desk, or by phone at 604-554-7323.
- You cannot pay for charges on Coquitlam Public Library items at other libraries.

General Questions
BC OneCard users are responsible for any late return charges, lost or damaged items or other fees.
Return materials to any public library in BC.
BC One Cards expire 1 year from the date of issue.
You can:
- Borrow library material
- Use the Internet
- Use select eResources
- Place holds
- Borrow Talking Books (if you are a registered print disabled customer)
You cannot place Interlibrary Loan requests.
You can register to use it at any public library in the province. At each library, as part of the registration process, you'll need to show current ID.
You need it to sign up for a BC OneCard, so don’t leave home without it
Visit one of our branches with your current library card and identification.
Any BC resident who can show their valid public library card and photo ID with address.
Register for a regular Coquitlam Public Library card if:
- you live in an area served by InterLink and
- plan to visit a library served by InterLink
Register for a BC One Card if:
- you live outside an InterLink service area and want to access services at Coquitlam Public Library or
- you live in Coquitlam and want to access services outside an InterLink service area
