Summer Reading Club for Kids
For kids age 0 to grade 5: Starting June 1, pick up a Reading Record at the Help Desk at either branch or on the Library Link. Or, parents, encourage your kids to pick up a Reading Record at school - we'll be delivering lots of packages there! Kids who will be away, or who find it hard to visit the Library, can participate virtually. Complete seven weeks of reading to earn a Summer Reading Club medal!
Summer Reading Club for Middle Schoolers
Kids in grades 6, 7, and 8: Starting June 1, register online and play Summer Reading Club Bingo for a chance to win a prize.
Summer Reading Club for Teens & Adults
From grade 9 to age 99: Starting June 1, register online and play Summer Reading Club Bingo for a chance to win a prize.

About Prizes
Contest runs June 1 to August 28, 2025. Winners will be selected on Aug. 8 and Aug. 29 by random draw. Chances or odds of winning depends on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by phone or email by September 6, 2025 and can collect their prize at the City Centre or the Poirier branch. If Coquitlam Public Library cannot get in touch with a winner within two weeks from the draw date, another winner will be selected through random draw. Winners forfeit unclaimed prizes 3 months from notification. By entering, you are providing your information to Coquitlam Public Library, and it will be used to contact the prize winners.
