Introduction to Virtual Reality

For young adults aged 14–30

Find out what Virtual Reality (VR) is really all about in this one-day workshop. Spend the morning exploring the history of VR, the future opportunities and skills needed to work in the field.

Introduction to Robots: Sphero Sprk+

Bring your smart phone and learn to code with our Sphero robots. Come play with our new Sphero robots and use block coding to make them move, light up and make noise. Participants must bring their own blue tooth enabled smart phone or tablet to download the free Sphero Edu app.

Innovation Hub at City Centre

Come to the City Centre branch (1169 Pinetree Way) and use our 3D printers, scanners, and high powered creative software to bring your innovative ideas to life. Open houses are on Fridays, 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
